Columbia Drain Cleaning Co. is a referral service. We do not perform drain cleaning or any other trade work ourselves. When you call, we connect you with an experienced independent local professional who can assess your situation and, if you agree, perform the work. Our role begins and ends with making that connection and routing calls correctly.
Independent contractors
All work arranged through a call is performed by independent contractors, not by employees or agents of Columbia Drain Cleaning Co. Each contractor is responsible for their own scheduling, pricing, methods, materials, and the quality of their work. Any quote, warranty, or workmanship promise comes from the contractor who performs the work, not from us.
Connecting your call is not an endorsement or recommendation of any contractor. Before you hire, you should verify the contractor's registration, insurance and references yourself, and confirm the price and scope of work in writing.
No guarantee of availability
We answer calls around the clock, but we do not guarantee that a local pro will be available at any particular time, or that any particular service can be scheduled on a given day. Availability depends on the independent pros in the area and on conditions outside our control, such as weather and demand.
Call recording
Calls may be recorded, tracked, and monitored for quality assurance, training, and dispatch routing. Pennsylvania is a two-party consent state: by calling, you consent to the recording of your call.
