Disclosure
Clear facts about what this site is and how it works.
This page explains, in plain language, what Columbia Drain Cleaning Co. is and is not. We believe you should understand exactly how this service works before you pick up the phone.
This is a referral service
Columbia Drain Cleaning Co. is a call-only referral service for drain cleaning in Columbia, PA. We are not a plumbing company and we do not perform trade work. When you call (717) 349-9317, we connect you with an experienced independent local professional who can assess your drain problem and perform the work if you choose to hire them.
How we may be compensated
We may be compensated for connecting calls. That means when you call and we route you to a local pro, that pro may pay us a fee for the connection. This does not change what the pro charges you: the pro explains their own pricing before any work begins, and you decide whether to go ahead. We do not take a cut of your bill, and no one pays to appear more prominently on this site, because no one appears on this site at all. There are no contractor listings and no sponsored placements.
Who does the work
All work is performed by independent contractors, not by employees of Columbia Drain Cleaning Co. Each contractor is responsible for their own visit: how they diagnose the problem, what method they use, what they charge, and the quality of the finished work. Any quote, guarantee, or warranty comes from the contractor, not from us.
What this means for you
Using this service costs you nothing beyond the call itself. You are under no obligation to hire any contractor we connect you with, and you can say no after hearing the price. If you do hire the pro, your agreement is with that contractor, not with us. If you have questions about any of this, call and ask; straight answers on the phone are part of how we work.
